     As the new year dawns with its sparkle, the process of introspection causes us to reflect on how we would like to emerge in the coming year. The light we shine on ourselves has as its source the beacon of resolution.
     Resolution strips complexity of its distracting bandwidth of colors. Resolution makes decisions easy. If the engine of genius is keeping it simple, its fuel is resolution.
     Resolution is an integral component of art. For the avant-garde, it is a shield against the forces which can be generated when one is ahead of their time. Resolution incubates human aspiration and is the catalyst of metamorphosis.
